On the dynamics of FG-GPLRC sandwich cylinders based on an unconstrained higher-order theory

In the present paper, a novel unconstrained higher-order theory (UCHOT) is applied to analyse free vibration of cylindrical sandwich shells with nanocomposite face sheets reinforced graphene platelets. UCHOT considers shear and thickness deformations. It assumed that cylinder includes soft core which embedded between functionally graded platelets composites (FG-GPLRC). FG-GPLRC sheet consists several laminas GPL weight fraction modified layer based on various (FG) patterns. The Winkler-Pasternak elastic foundation located at inner surface shell. Highly coupled motion equations are solved by semi-analytical approach. This approach blended generalized differential quadrature trigonometric expansion (TE-GDQ) methods. Solving obtained eigenvalue problem, corresponding frequencies shell achieved. results part, comparison studies carried out indicate validity performance selected solution method. Afterward, some parametric demonstrated investigate impacts order, geometrical parameters, FG model, boundary conditions frequency response mentioned structure.
